Control Studio and Toolset are set up correctly and connected, but there is no Data received from the Control device.
Make sure car is powered on and device shows green in Control Studio:
1.1 Make sure your vehicle is set to CloudRx as Cloud Mode in Properties below.
1.2 Check that you are actually logged in with the correct account in Control Studio on the top right.
1.2 Monitor in Control Studio how stable your internet connection is. If the oscilloscopes turn regularly yellow and red you most likely have unstable internet connection. Read how to closer monitor your internet connectivity here: Checking pit side internet connection
If device doesn't show green in Control Studio and/or device UI is not reachable, check the LED state of the modem. More info here: LEDs P1 Evo LEDs P2
c) Receiving Data - Number of Telemetry Packets increases, but dark yellow bar:
Meta data missing. If you click in the vehicle, and the in the properties window below click the tab Meta Info Control Studio tells you which file it is looking for to decode the data correctly. If you don't send Setups with Toolset on the machine you use for telemetry, you have to manually copy them to your machine. Go to your file window and type in %appdata% as your file path, navigate to Cosworth, Toolset version and copy first PCPrivateDataSet and then the Telemetrykeys in the according folder.
d) Receiving Data - Amount of Bad Data Received increases, dark yellow bar:
Baud rate mismatch from logger to device configuration. Information can be read out when clicking on the vehicle and in the properties window either on the tab Meta Info or Metadata Log.
Make sure your device is configured to the correct vehicle in the portal. If the vehicle has been originally added with a different baud rate than it has now, please contact the control support to change the vehicle's baud rate settings. support@cntrl.io

Go in Toolset from your vehicle one above to Telemetry Server. Monitor if the Data Analysis Clients flashes between 0 and 1, if so, restart the computer and try again.
g) Receiving Data - Number of Telemetry Packets increases - Telemetry Coverage at 100%, all green but Toolbox says awaiting data:
When copying the telemetry keys and the PCPrivateDatasets over from another computer to the telemetry server, make sure you copy them in the correct order. Copy first the PCPrivateDatasets and after the TelemetryKeys to ensure there are no issues.
