State 1: Everything healthy

MRTC Voice application sending and receiving Data ok:

Audio state in the device UI shows Receiving and Transmitting:

State 2: No Data arriving from the car

If there is no data received from the car there are several options that need to be checked.

  • Check VPN Agent Manager: Open the VPN Agent manager by clicking on the symbol in the task bar and check the VPN state. Restart the VPN. If the VPN is not connecting after the restart, check your internet connection by opening a command window and ping 8.8.8.8

  • Check on your device connectivity. Open your browser and type in one of the modem's IP addresses followed by :8080, press enter and log in with admin and control. Navigate to System and Connection or Audio and monitor the state of the device connectivity and Audio states.

  • If the voice batch file just has been installed

When car radio is sending data ok to the Control device, and the Control device is transmitting the data, but the garage side is not sending to the Control device:

Test the internet connection on the server side.

Make sure you can ping the IP address of your base radio from a command window of the server you have it connected to.

Make sure all the modem IP addresses in the batch file on the server are correct for the device.
