Being licensed by Manufacturer

A manufacturer has the option to receive data and metadata such as telemetry keys and other remotely, in order to have a telemetry stream running independently from a private network or shared telemetry set up in the teams' pit garage. 

When a manufacturer decides to stream the telemetry from a team, the team has to consent to this data being shared. 

For consenting the manufacturer to receive data, log into the Control web portal and navigate to Vehicles in the teams' area. By hovering over the vehicle the manufacturer wishes to add, a little yellow triangle will appear.

Click on the triangle for opening the consent request. Click yes for sharing data with the manufacturer.

If consent was granted Control Studio will display Licensed by Manufacturer in the vehicle properties below. You will than also be sharing your meta data.

If the manufacturer has added your vehicle and you have not yet consented, Control Studio will show a not licensed message in the Cloud Data License field under vehicle properties.  

To share the data now (if you are on VPN and not on CloudRX (direct to cloud)), you need to select as Cloud Mode Cloud Tx so that the manufacturer will have data sent.
