How to remove the VPN

If you changed your system away from the VPN and therefore have not any need for it anymore, follow the steps below. Please note this action cannot be reversed by the customer.

Step 1: Uninstalling VPN Agent Manager

Go to Add or remove programs, search for the VPN Agent Manager and unstill it.

Step 2: Removing the Network Adapter

Open Device Manager and then navigate to Network adapters. Right click on the Asavie Virtual Network Adapter and click Uninstall device.

Please note: Uninstalling the VPN cannot be reversed by the customer. Do not uninstall it if you are having the VPN in use. Moving a VPN to another machine or reinstalling the VPN requires Control Support via team viewer. Contact support@cntrl.io or +44 7723 366 365.
