All stages of WD Server
a) No incoming data in WD Server
Make sure Control Studio is open and that there is incoming data there.
If you see incoming data in Control Studio, but nothing arriving in WD Sever, double-check that the port is correctly set. Control Studio shows below the data graph for each vehicle the UDP output port for WD Server.
b) Incoming data in WDServer but Time not incrementing and error message
When WD Server has data incoming, but shows an blue message of DCP configuration not found than either the DCP file is in the wrong folder or the latest DCP file is missing.
If the Workdesk Settings for DCP configurations match the file path of where the current DCP files are saved, or if Control Studio was pointed on the correct folder, also Control Studio shows if the meta data is correct. If Control Studio says the meta data is correct, and the file path for the vehicle match the general Workdesk Settings, restart WD Server and try again.
If Control Studio equally shows the meta data file missing, check on Meta Info for which file the data needs or check on Metadata Log where Control Studio is looking for the file. Confirm with your vehicle or Workdesk Settings that both match the actual file path of the DCP file.
c) All is working ok
Data in both Time windows is increasing and log shows in green, that DCP Configuration is successfully loaded.
